February Dark Delights: New Beginnings, Big Moves & Bookish Excitement!

This month has been an absolute whirlwind! I’ve packed up my life and moved 2.5 hours away to my new home—right in the heart of nature, surrounded by breathtaking mountains that lead straight into Mount Buller. With no traditional internet options available, I had to get creative and set up Starlink. Now, I’m officially off-grid… well, almost!

The summer heat is relentless, but I can already tell that winter here will be bone-chilling—the perfect inspiration for the kind of stories I love to write. Speaking of which, exciting things are happening behind the scenes! My book is currently being formatted, and the cover design, along with some stunning bookish merch, is in the works thanks to the incredibly talented Lauri at Dysfunktion Aesthetics.

Right now, everything is still packed away, and I’m in full-on scramble mode trying to piece together the PR packages. But amidst the chaos, I’m making steady progress on SA’s brother and sister books. My goal? A rough draft finished by the end of March. Slow and steady wins the race!

2025 is already shaping up to be an unforgettable year, and I can’t wait to share every twist and turn with you all. Let’s do this!
